These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TravelSoul mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TravelSoul is a travel itinerary planning application. The App allows you to select a city and attractions, and generates optimized walking routes and daily itineraries using artificial intelligence. TravelSoul Pro also includes a conversational AI Trip Assistant that can answer questions about your day and suggest changes to your itinerary. The App is provided as a tool for travel planning and inspiration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account using Sign in with Apple or email and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the App's content without permission.
